Stylist Drama

A client that I have been servicing for years was with another stylist at my salon due to me being sick. Wow! Am I upset!!
One thing that I feel is hairstylist LAW, is that client never ever needs to know their formulas! None of my clients ever know what their formulas are. They don't need to! I'm the Artist! Their not educated anyway in color....
I'm really upset with this stylist! Last time my client was in the other stylist just let rip her formula!! GREAT!! Just great!! Guess what girl! This client is now free to go anywhere!! What a moron!
Lets get one thing straight, hairdresser's have many secrets, this is one of them. I am the artist, client is the canvas, the paint I choose to get your look is off limits. Nooo client needs to know, they don't understand our formulations anyway and have noo access to our professional color. Let it be girl!
