Client consultation

Lets talk about this. I actually had a client this week ask me to blog about this due to the fact that last time she got a haircut she asked for a trim and got four inches off. This was not at our salon and not with me. Ok, let's address why this happened.
1. Hairdresser & client didn't connect
2. Hairdresser and client didn't communicate well
3. Hairdresser didn't listen
Connecting and communicating well with each other is sooo important. Please, if your not connecting with stylist forgetta bout it. Move on, don't be afraid to say, this is not working. I need a different stylist.
