All ladies said they asked for a trim and came out of salon with three, four inches gone! Traumatized, huh?! I'd be more than traumatized I'd be crying!
I don't understand why this happens.
Listen people! Listen to that client or stay home! Don't abuse people like that! Stop being a Diva bitch. It's not always McDonald's, " get it your way" or is that Wendy's? Anyway, these poor girls.
