Snow actually got into the underground
Borough Hall stop is in Brooklyn
It's on the 2,3 trains or take the 4,5 train
When I lived in Brooklyn I never used these trains to get home. I took the N train. I lived in one of Brooklyn's most notorious towns..... BENSONHURST
Yes, it was a long ride home from my Upper East Side job. But I loved it. A lot of Asians live in my area of Brooklyn. Not like that bothers me and I'm certainly far from being a racist. New York City is sooo international anymore there's no place for that. Hell, all my friends in NYC are all foreigners! I being the only true Americana.
Here's a map of the NYC subway system. Look at where Borough Hall is.
During Hurricane Sandy there was no trains from Brooklyn into the city. So my train went only as far as downtown Brooklyn then they were shuttle busing us into the city. My girlfriend & I refused to do the shuttle & spent the next few days walking over the Brooklyn Bridge to go to our jobs in mid-town. I'll remember this for the rest of my life. It was cold on these walks, but millions of us walked the damn bridge those following days after the storm...... Historical it was and I knew this when I was living it. I'll always be blessed with my memories of the city I love!! Gotta go, I just made myself cry.
I hope you enjoy MY NEW YORK!!!
Xoxo
